Overview

We look for a passionate & business-oriented team member who will help Finery Markets design and run an efficient legal structure as well as manage legal and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with regulatory authorities, banks, and counterparties in the EU and USA
• Creating & supporting legal document base & policies for company needs
• Doing legal research to improve the existing setup as well as minimize risks
• Monitoring global trends in crypto assets regulation & taxation

Requirements

• Experience in the financial industry (ideally, investment banking)
• Good knowledge of international corporate structuring
• Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and ability to respond to the requests of banks and competent authorities
• Overall understanding of taxation (incl. VAT) in the EU and globally
• Experience in companies setup (incl. banking account opening) in the EU, US, and other jurisdictions
